The resolution in part reads:
“The CFMEU (SA Branch) demand the immediate repeal of the Northern Territory Emergency Response legislation
We further demand Federal and State and Territory Governments to sit down and enter into respectful dialogue with Aboriginal Nations. Listen, consult and negotiate with Aboriginal people in their communities and then act alongside and in support of Aboriginal People in keeping with the ‘Little Children are Sacred’ report”.
