Protesters win court case on WYD laws

Two student activists --Rachel Evans and Amber Pike -- in the Federal Court have successfully challenged the police powers brought in by the New South Wales Government for World Youth Day. The regulations were intended to allow people to be detained or fined for annoying or inconveniencing Catholic pilgrims.
