No other movie frame by frame can match the cinematography and editing that Eisentein utilises in this classic film :The Battleship Potemkin.

I was checking on my video sources and the option came up,re-viewing potemkin.

Wow! I hadn't watched it for some time. I had been much taken with Sergei Eisentein's later movies especially Ivan The Terrible.

But in polls for the ten best films of all time, Potemkin came out on top in a few of them.
