Who lamented the loss of hope when out of the unrelenting burden of our everyday oppressions comes once again this prince among men. Astride his mandarin stead and after spending so long, far too long, in exile he has answered our gagged utterances that we deserve something better. This time around we won't suffer the feminist bullying. This time around it's gonna be a fight between two anointed champions of the working class who have in their own way occupied the throne. At stake is whether one or the other gets the battlers' nod as represented in the editorial pages of the main stream dailies. Best show in town. Can't wait for Monday arvo. And on Tuesday...we'll know if our lives will be the same or very similar to what they were on Sunday. So you decide what really matters and have the option to back one or t'other. Who do you like? Who don't you? Choose your preferred arrogance and maudlin attempt at the common touch.Ah, the thrill of it all. Sweet Democracy we luvs ya heaps (and want to have your baby)!
