revoke Haneef's visa – and now his decision to appeal yesterday's Federal Court determination that the revocation suffered from jurisdictional error.

The AFP has attacked the release of the "confidential" transcript, saying such leaks generated misinformed and speculative reporting.
"The continuing attempts by Dr Haneef's defence team to use the media to run their case is both unprofessional and inappropriate and the AFP has raised this aspect with the Queensland Legal Services Commission," it said in a statement.
The AFP accusing Haneef's defence team of being unprofessional??? Now we've heard everything!!!
